10 1 arm row per side use same KB
5 per side back step lung 5 on rt then 5 on lt. Hold KB in front rack. switch sides when you switch legs.
5 MU ( sub 10 Dips and 10 pledge push ups)
5 goblet squats same KB. Hold by handles ball down. It’s ok if KB touches chest.
