Options!
We Will Have an 8 min break between wods for rest and set up. you have the option to run 2 or 3 based on your knowledge and proficiency regarding the movements. If you are new or unfamiliar with these exercises the 5pm or 7pm foundations is recommended.

There will be no sat morning training sessions at the Lab. We will hold a training in the park at 11am. You must arrive by 10:30am, contact me or Nicole for more info. Downtown WPB Clematis and Flagler.
