4 min of work – 4 min of rest
BB Bench Press
BB Rev Grip Row

    Phase 2 of The 365 Day Challenge!
    Air Squats Will Run As Did The Burpees. 1 on the first day and add a rep for ea day for the next 100 days. If you miss a day make it up on the next.
    The Pull Ups will be mon thru fri. 1 then 2 then 3 and so on to 5. With the pull ups if you miss a day make it up before the start of the next week. On week 2 you will go 6,7,8,9,10.
    week 3 – 11,12,13,14,15 week 4 – 16,17,18,19,20. Then a change will be made.
    Note these are to be dead hang pull ups with a pronated grip, they do not have to be consecutive.
