CrossFit iQ Burpee Challenge


CrossFit iQ has got a challenge for you. January, 3rd 2011 the 100 Day Burpee Challenge begins. We encourage everyone to take the challenge and stick with it. This will be a great test of your physical and mental toughness. It starts out easy, but the challenge just keeps on getting tougher and tougher.

The rules are very simple. Day one you do 1 Burpee. Day two you do 2 Burpees. Get the idea? Continue this for 100 days.

Who’s down?

    Do Not Miss A Day. You Must Make It UP the Next.
    Ex. If you miss day 67 on day 68 you must do 67 and 68, 135 total.
    Spread the burpees out through out the day or knock ’em all out at one time.
    If burpees are in the wod they go towards your toatal for that day.
    If someone wants to jump in after the start date, just complete the total number of burpees you would have done up to the day you started. Ex. If you start on day three you have to do day 1, 2, and 3 which is 6 burpees total. On day four… 4, day five… 5 and so on.
